Accelerator provides a 12-week intensive program for extended reality start-ups
Sacramento, February 8, 2019 — The Capital Region AR VR Accelerator announced today 7 start-up companies from throughout Northern California selected to participate in the 2019 program occurring at the HaneyBiz and Allegiant Giving Center facility located at 4465 Granite Drive in Rocklin. The Accelerator involves a 12-week intensive program for start-up virtual reality and augmented reality (VR and AR) companies.
The program is unique in that it provides a blend of on-site and virtual components, investment capital, custom-tailored mentor teams, a focus on creation of a mutually-aligned milestone plan for each selected company, and a primary emphasis on growing key influencer relationships (investors, team and board members, customers, advisors/mentors, strategic partners and media representatives) that can directly accelerate success in achieving each start-ups business objectives.

Adventure Lab creates hosted Virtual Reality escape room adventures. The platform enables the next generation of experience creators (i.e. twitch streamers and youtubers) to host and game master cooperative play adventures for friends, family, and followers.
